Our founding
Social Good Consulting Group was officially founded on January 20, 2025, Martin Luther King Jr. Day—a day dedicated to honoring the legacy of a leader who championed equity, justice, and transformative social change.
Dr. King’s vision of a more just and equitable world inspires our work every day. By choosing this day to launch our company, we embraced his call to action: to work tirelessly for progress and to empower communities to thrive. Our mission is rooted in these same principles, as we partner with causes, companies, and communities to create sustainable impact and advance the common good.

Our founders, Audryanna Reed and Dustin Grabsch, came together through a mutual commitment to fostering community vitality and a deep passion for meaningful engagement initiatives. Both had dedicated their careers to advancing equity, access, and social good through their work in higher education and community partnerships.
Their shared belief in the power of collaboration to drive sustainable change sparked the idea for Social Good Consulting Group.
